WARRANTY/REPLACEMENT
You can have a high level of confidence when you choose Goldstamp to imprint your
cherished album covers. With Goldstamp's imprinting system, misprints due to operator
error or malfunction are very rare (less than .03%, or 1 in 300 imprints).
More often, errors occur in the imprint specification provided by the customer however,
these misprints tend to be rare also as our experienced operators carefully examine
each order and perform routine error-checking for common spelling errors or unusual
punctuation. In the case of a suspected error of this type, we will contact you for
verification before proceeding with your imprint order.
Additionally, our order system keeps track of your previous imprint order details
which helps us track preferences for name spellings, punctuation and abbreviations.
In the unlikely event of a misprint due to our error, we accept full responsibility
and offer the customer the following warranty/replacement options. The customer will
incur no charges under our warranty for reprinting or shipping of covers under warranty.
Here are the customer's options for replacement:
1. Replace the misprinted cover with original matching model/color cover; imprint
using same imprint options and positions as originally specified.
2. Replace the cover set (Front, Spine, Back covers) with our own American-made bonded
leather strap-hinge cover set, fully compatible with your existing binding and pages
for trouble-free replacement. Color choices include black, brown, white, red, burgundy,
dk blue and dk green; imprint using same imprint options and positions as originally
specified.
3. Replace the cover set with a new album cover set (your choice of any comparable
model currently in production); imprint using same imprint options and positions
as originally specified.
We will handle all acquisition and shipping. You will incur no charges for any of
the above options.
If this warranty/replacement arrangement is acceptable, we can imprint your album
cover whether it is a current or retired model. By ordering album cover imprinting
you accept these warranty terms.
