RETURNS, CREDITS AND EXCHANGES
Defective
Products (applies to purchased new products): Lifetime warranty against material
or construction defects applies to all new products sold unless otherwise specified
at time of purchase as may apply to some clearance or limited quantity items sold.
Replacement with Reprint
In the event that an item purchased from Goldstamp is replaced under warranty,
it will be imprinted free of charge to match the original item's stock imprints,
custom imprints or personalizations ordered at the time of original purchase.
Product Receipt and Inspection
An order receipt or packing list is included with each order. We recommend your
full inspection of received merchandise immediately upon delivery to ensure that
the products received match the products you ordered. Should there be any discrepancies
or errors on your order of new products, such discrepancies must be reported within
72 hours of your receipt with no exceptions.
Damaged Products
In the event that a product has been damaged in shipment, the carrier may require
a physical inspection or digital photos of the damaged product, shipping carton and
packing materials in order to support a claim. Therefore, do not discard the shipping
carton or any packing materials until a claim has been settled. Without these items
a claim can be automatically denied.
Return Authorization Number Required
Customer must contact Goldstamp Customer Service to obtain a Return Authorization
Number prior to returning any product. All product returns without a return authorization
number will automatically be denied refund, credit or exchange.
After receiving your Return Authorization Number, any stock item in new, resalable
condition can be returned within 30 days at customer's expense minus a 20% restocking
fee. It is the customer's responsibility to package products adequately for safe
shipment. A completed Return Authorization form with authorization number must be
included with your returned product(s). All shipping and insurance costs for returned
products are the customer's responsibility.
Refunds, credits or exchanges will be processed following inspection of returned
product received in perfect condition. Any returns made without a Return Authorization
Number or any return made after 30 days will not be accepted.
Customized/Personalized Products
Due to the nature of customized or personalized products, absolutely no refunds,
credits or exchanges are allowed for items that have been customized or personalized.
