OPERATIONS
CHANGE AFFECTS LOCAL CUSTOMERS
In
March of 2007, Goldstamp made an important change in operations that affects many
St. Louis area customers. With the explosion of Internet e-commerce over the
past ten years, Goldstamp's business has shifted from a local retail and service
business to an international mail order business.
Prior
to this change, many St. Louis area customers had been accustomed to dropping
off orders for service at our Brentwood location which has been closed to enable
more streamlined operation from our updated mail order facility in Jefferson County.
We sincerely appreciate your understanding and patience during this transition. This
change will enable us to provide you with more personalization options than otherwise
possible, including more fonts, designs and colors.
Full
service by mail order is available for local customers as it is for our customers
throughout the U.S. and Canada. Since the method of ordering is a little different
than local customers may be used to, please refer to the How to Order page for
details on ordering by mail. Please feel free to call us toll-free ot order
by phone.

To
place your order by mail, if you have a suitable box, please feel free to use
it to send your covers to our new address. We do not require
that you use our own shipping carton, however, if you need a shipping carton with packing
material,
we can send one to you at our cost of shipping and handling.
We
strongly suggest using a box instead of a shipping envelope which could get bent
in transit. When we return your order to you, you will find your covers safely bagged
and cushioned inside our poly-wrapped, round-trip shipping carton. The outside polywrap
will keep your carton clean. Simply discard the polywrap and save the pre-addressed
carton for use on your next service order. Normal door-to-door turnaround time is
two to three weeks for most orders.
Many
of our customers send covers to us via US mail from US Post Office facilities. Also,
pack-and-ship stores (UPS Store, FedEx Kinko's, etc.) located throughout the area
offer ground shipping and will have your package to us the following day. These stores
(Find locations: FedEx Kinko's, UPS Stores) can also
supply boxes, packaging materials and packing assistance as needed.
DO
NOT USE "Express" or "Next Day" service as the cost is considerably
more but delivery will not be any faster for delivery in the local area. Typical
local delivery times for major carriers:

> UPS Ground, delivers next business day, drop off
at UPS
Store
or authorized

> USPS Priority Mail, delivers next business day,
mail from any post office
