COMPLETE SATISFACTION IS GUARANTEED
We promise to
do our best in providing you with outstanding service and care of your custom albums
and album covers from start to finish. In the unlikely event that you are not completely
satisfied with your goldstamped personalization by Goldstamp, contact us within 90
days of delivery. We will gladly remedy the issue or refund your money and replace
your stamped album parts with original manufacturer parts (see "Service Agreement"
for details).
SERVICE
AGREEMENT
By using Goldstamp's personalization service, the customer accepts and agrees
to the following terms of service:
Replacement: In the event that an album cover is misprinted or otherwise damaged
during service, Goldstamp will replace the affected part(s) with original manufacturer
part(s) without cost to the customer. Should a discontinued or "retired"
album need to be replaced we will work with you to determine a suitable replacement
of comparable value. For discontinued albums, value will be determined by the original
price of the album. In the event that a replacement is necessary for a discontinued
album, customer agrees to accept another album of comparable value currently in production
as a suitable replacement.
Shipping: Goldstamp cannot be held responsible for covers damaged or lost
enroute to our service center. While it is very rare for a package to be damaged
or lost in transit, it could happen. When you ship covers to us we encourage the
purchase of insurance from your shipping carrier to cover the full replacement value
of your covers. You are doing your part by sending only the album parts that are
being serviced (send covers only; no pages, photos, straps, binding strips, extra
covers or other goodies) and packing your covers for shipment with adequate carton/cushioning/packing
material as we recommend (See
How to Order Embossing).
Goldstamp assumes
full liability for your album cover from the time it is in our possession until it
is delivered to your door.
Defective Products:
(applies to purchased new products) Lifetime warranty against material or contstruction
defects on alll new products sold. In the event that an album purchased from Goldstamp
is replaced under warranty, it will be imprinted free of charge to match the original
album's imprint.
