ABOUT REORDER NUMBERS
If
you are usi ng this form for additional imprints of a New Title on the same order,
enter "N/A" in the "Imprint Reorder #" field. Additional uses
of the same new imprint on the same order are priced as "reorder titles."
When your order is processed you will receive a permanent Reorder number for future
use.

COLORS
The most
popular imprint colors are Gold and Silver. If your album has an existing imprinted
border, we suggest matching its color for best results. Examples: Silver on CM Sapphire,
Gold on CM Navy, Dk Blue on CM Tanzanite covers, etc.
