with each imprinting order. This form shows your contact, shipping and payment details.

cover positions. A one-time die setup charge is included the first time you order.

REORDER
TITLES OR GRAPHIC DESIGNS YOU'VE USED PREVIOUSLY
It's
easy to exactly match your previously ordered Goldstamp titles. Use a Reorder number
found on the Previously Ordered Titles list included with your previous order. Contact
us
at any time to request a copy of the list emailed to you as a PDF file. Use one of
these forms to reorder for Upper Front, Upper
Front + Lower Right,
Upper

or Lower
Back
position.
STOCK
TITLES AND GRAPHIC DESIGNS
Choose
a category at left for stock titles and designs. Click through the samples until
you find the one you want, then click the button for its corresponding Spine Cover
or Front Cover order form. One form is required for each cover being imprinted
("embossed").
